The Budget is Real
Once we clarify the scope of a project; we can develop a detailed cost estimate and construction time frame. We provide clients with an overall budget for their projects, as well as additional options and solutions for upgrades and details they may want, as the project progresses. This means clients know exactly what their expenditures are at all times.

Transparent Pricing and Billing- Cost Plus advantage
Mountain Dog works on a cost-plus construction management fee. We always provide transparent billing. On each job, our clients receive a detailed report indicating all expenditures; the actual receipts form each vendor or contractor. While we work diligently to ensure we don't miss a thing, a customer can always call us with questions about the billing process, the progress on their project, or any other issues that arise. You may ask yourself.  What is a Design-Build firm and why do I want this? It's a simple answer.  We work as a combined team. Our designer, myself and you work closely together to put together a design and plan of exactly what you are dreaming of.  Once the design process is complete we turn those ideas into working plans and than intro the finished product. 

 

Mountain Dog Development Corporation  was founded in 2000 by Bryan Aaron.  Originally founded as a custom home builder, it has grown into one of the most prestigious Design-Build and Construction Managemant firms in the metro west and southeastern MA area.
